  Very relaxing and nourishing soup, fresh aromatic tastes. A little up there on the price. I recommend this soup to everyone!

  When this place first opened, it was exciting to have a new option of somewhere to get food quickly other than Chipotle which is virtually next door. Unfortunately, I've come to realize that they do not value their customers. Every time we ordered stir fry noodles, we found ourselves wondering where the vegetables are....a few pieces of broccoli, little bit of carrots and tons of onions and noodles. If we spoke to the manager he would make sure to have decent amounts in our food...but of course, most of the time we did not speak to him. A few times I even asked to pay for extra veggies as long as they would include it...and only a few times was the amount reasonable and satisfactory. The final draw was right before leaving for thanksgiving.... I got home with my baby only to realize some how my request lead to an omission of the actual meat. I was frustrated and did not want to take my little one back in the cold.
  
  Sad to say, they are now claiming they have had to give us multiple free meals and would no longer do that .... what?!? I'm lost. We have paid for every single meal and I've even brought students to their establishment...introducing them to this place.
  
  Truly disappointed in the service. As much as I liked the manager in person, I think being accused of getting free meals (which we neve4 have), them being super stingy with vegetables and not acknowledging or not believing they forgot to include meat (which could have simply been an innocent oversight)... means this is no longer a place I will bring business to.

  It's a little bit of a drive from the center of Beverly, but it's well worth it. Really good Pho, very fresh ingredients and very friendly service. You order at the counter and then pick it up at the end of the counter, which typically means you don't wait long for your food. Big, bright and clean dining area rounds out a really good option, much better than many of the other Vietnamese places in the region.
